Pistachios

Iran is one of the biggest homelands of Pistachios.

Pistachios have many uses.

Kernel of Pistachios are usually eaten fresh, roasted, salted, or used in ice cream, kulfi, spumoni, pistachios butter, pistachios paste, and some confection like Baklava and pistachio chocolate.

there are 3 types of pistachios :

  • Round pistachios:

                 1- Fandoghi

                 2- Kalle-ghuchi 

  • Long pistachios:

                 1- Ahmad Aghai

                 2- Akbari

                 3-Badami

  • Jumbo pistachios
